本发明属于材料科学与工程和环境分析化学领域,具体来说是一种二硫苏糖醇修饰的碳‑金纳米团簇比率荧光传感微球及其构建和对汞离子的高选择、高灵敏检测的应用。传感器利用新型荧光纳米材料碳‑金纳米团簇为荧光源,然后通过DTT在金纳米团簇表面上修饰巯基(‑SH), 用巯基将汞离子吸引到团簇表面, 由于汞离子(5d10)与金离子(5d10)之间存在作用力, 可实现对汞离子的高选择性、高灵敏检测。本发明通过微波葡萄糖和金种子的混合溶液来制备具有双发射波长的碳‑金纳米团簇,简化了比率荧光传感器的构建过程,有效地避免了繁琐的荧光复合材料的制备过程。用于实际水样中汞离子的分析检测,加标回收率在90%以上。
