Distributions on localized iron loss of three-phase amorphous transformer model core by using two-dimensional magnetic sensor

T. Kanada、Masato Enokizono、Kiichiro Kawamura 等 4 位作者1996-01-01IEEE Transactions on Magnetics

In the past, we reported on the two-dimensional magnetic properties of the three-phase transformer model core with silicon iron. They are measured by using the two-dimensional magnetic sensor. In this paper, the silicon iron core results are compared with those of an amorphous power core. As the results, the differenc…

Analysis of Texture Distribution in NdFeB Hard Magnets by Means of X‐Ray Diffraction in BRAGG‐BRENTANO Geometry

D. Schläfer、T. Walker、N. Mattern 等 5 位作者1996-01-01Texture Stress and Microstructure

Three different methods are used for the quantitative local texture analysis of fibre textures. Two methods are based upon the evaluation of BRAC‐BRENTANO diffraction diagrams. In the first method relative intensity parameters are calculated, whereas in the second Rietveld preferred orientation factors are determined.…

Adsorption Hysteresis and Interparticle Capillary Condensation in a Nonporous Carbon Black

William D. Machin、Richard Murdey1996-01-01Langmuir

The adsorptives 2,2-dimethylpropane, trichlorofluoromethane, and trimethylamine, when adsorbed on the nonporous graphitized carbon black Sterling FT-G (2700), all exhibit hysteresis arising from interparticle capillary condensation. The hysteresis loops have been analyzed to obtain the adsorbent particle size distribu…

Interaction of Derivatized Capped Iron(II) Porphyrin Complexes with CO and O2

Hang Tang、David Dolphin1996-01-01Inorganic Chemistry

A series of porphyrins strapped and capped by benzene and amidobenzene rings have been prepared. O(2) and CO bindings to their iron(II) complexes have been examined, and the role of hydrogen-bonding in stabilizing O(2) binding has been measured. Each comparison between the benzene ring (no H-bonding) and the amidobenz…

G. T. Gray、R. S. Hixson、J. N. Johnson1996-01-01AIP conference proceedings

In this paper results are reported on the influence of strain rate and shock loading on the deformation and fracture response of a 6061-T6 Al–50 vol. % Al2O3 continuous fiber-reinforced composite as a function of composite orientation. The stress-strain response was found to vary substantially as a function of loading…

Electrolytic Separation Factor for Hydrogen and Deuterium on Platinum Electrode

Sh ucirc zi Harada1996-01-01Materials Transactions JIM

The electrolytic separation factor (S factor) of hydrogen isotopes for platinum was measured by means of quantitative mass analysis. The S factor was 5.0±0.2 at 298 K in sulfuric solution. The value was discussed on the basis of the transition state method. The temperature effect on the S factor was observed and the a…

An Analysis to Compare Conventional Methods for Estimating Bending Rigidity of Fabrics

Masayuki Takatera、Akira Shinohara1996-01-01Journal of the Textile Machinery Society of Japan

An aspect is presented to analyze the interrelation among the conventional tests of the bending rigidity of textile fabrics, such as cantilever, Clark, heart-loop methods, etc., which enables it to compare and estimate the errors and applicable ranges of these methods. A strip of fabric is simulated by an elastic slen…

PHOSPHATE GLASSES AND WATER

G. Palavit1996-01-01Phosphorus Research Bulletin

The causes and mechanism of hygroscopicity of binary ultraphosphate glasses are difficult to study. This is due, in particular, to the formation of a thin layer of partially hydrolyzed glass with physisorbed water. 1H MAS NMR is more suitable than IRTF spectroscopy to investigate very hygroscopic glasses. In absence o…
