Hexagonal arrays of secondary grain-boundary dislocations have been observed in several near-Σ3 coherent twin boundaries in polycrystalline specimens of a f.c.c. Cu + 6 at.% Si alloy. The Burgers vectors of the dislocations in the networks have been determined and the steps associated with them are discussed.
