酵素糖化処理後のスギ残渣の化学組成分析を行うとともに25℃での水蒸気吸脱着等温線を測定し,吸放湿特性を検討した。さらに,糖化残渣を原料に熱圧プレスによるモールド成型またはポリプロピレン(PP)との混練を行ったのちに射出成型するとともに,得られたそれぞれの成型物について水分特性や寸法安定性,強度特性を評価した。熱水洗浄した糖化残渣は,糖化前のスギ木粉(コントロール)と比べホロセルロースの比率が半分にまで減少した場合でも,相対湿度60%以上の高湿度域で高い吸湿性を示した。しかしながら,同じ糖化残渣を用いたモールド成型物では吸湿性の低下が認められるとともに厚さ膨潤がスギよりも大きく低下した。一方,試料とPPを同じ比率で混練したのち射出成…
