盆式绝缘子是气体绝缘金属封闭开关(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)最重要的绝缘部件,其性能优劣直接影响GIS的运行可靠性。文中针对多个252 kV GIS用盆式绝缘子样本,在昆明特高压试验基地进行了特性试验,并根据试验采用仿真计算手段,建立了三维电场仿真和应力仿真模型,校核了盆式绝缘子及母线结构的绝缘设计和应力设计,并结合零表压试验和水压破坏试验结果进行了分析,得到了各盆式绝缘子在不同载荷下的设计裕度,并针对性的提出了设备选型和后续工作优化建议。研究成果有助于深入理解盆式绝缘子的设计和技术细节上的差异,为252 kV GIS设备选型、运行维护提供了参考。

硅橡胶材料特有的憎水迁移性是复合电力设备能够防治污闪事故的重要原因,而油的存在会加重污秽积累。为此,文中高温硫化硅橡胶(HTV)料为研究对象,通过加速热老化得到老化试样,利用人工涂污研究老化对HTV憎水迁移特性的影响,并结合扫描电镜和红外光谱分析其影响机理;对浸油处理后的HTV试样进行人工涂污,分析浸油量和表面油污对HTV试样憎水迁移特性的影响。结果表明:热老化使HTV表面出现孔洞和沟壑,内部疏松,破坏了HTV主链Si-O键及侧链的甲基,影响了小分子的迁移通道,稳态憎水性能变差;浸油后,小分子迁移速变慢,随着吸油率增大,污秽表面的憎水恢复时间th先减小后增大,5号试样浸油50 h后稳态憎水角下降至76°;表面油污的存在阻碍了小分子…

GIS盆式绝缘子的静力特性问题是盆式绝缘子制造和运维中的关键问题。文中建立了252 kV正常或含有缺陷盆式绝缘子的三维模型,采用有限元法计算了盆式绝缘子在不同气室压力、不同裂纹大小和不同母线温度下应力分布特性。研究结果表明,当盆式绝缘子两侧气室压力均为0.4 MPa时,最大应力为1.3 MPa,最大应力点为外法兰和绝缘子本体交界面附近。若下表面气室压力为0.1 MPa时,最大应力为12.3 MPa;若上表面气室压力为0.1 MPa时,最大应力为10.9 MPa,但均未超过环氧树脂的屈服强度40 MPa。当绝缘子存在裂纹时,裂纹附近会出现应力集中,裂纹端部比中间部分应力变化大。当裂纹深度为厚度1/4时,裂纹处最大应力为1.3 MPa…

针对甚低频发射天线顶线绝缘子串电压分布不均匀极易产生电晕的问题,采用矩量法(method ofmoments,MOM)研究了不同均压环管径、半径、抬高距以及绝缘子串配置位置对瓷支柱绝缘子串电压分布的影响,提出了一种应用矩量法和蝴蝶交配优化算法(butterfly mating optimization,BMO)协同优化顶线绝缘子串均压环的新方法。该方法首先建立顶线绝缘子串MOM天线优化模型;然后,提取仿真得到的分压和天线效率并计算目标函数;利用BMO迭代得到顶线绝缘子相对位置和均压环结构参数。仿真结果表明:顶线绝缘子高压侧的均压环半径和抬高距对绝缘子电压分布影响较大,低压侧配置均压环可以使顶线绝缘子串末端绝缘子的分压降低44.5%…

变压器油中的腐蚀性硫化物会腐蚀铜绕组而在绝缘纸表面产生硫化亚铜沉积物,该沉积物具有导电性。为了研究该物质对绕组匝间绝缘的局部放电特性的影响,将绝缘绕组真空干燥后放入变压器油中进行真空浸油,同时在油中放入不同含量的腐蚀性硫化物,并在实验室条件下对油纸绝缘介质进行加速硫腐蚀试验;腐蚀后对铜绕组展开并观察铜条与绝缘纸表面腐蚀情况;对不同腐蚀程度的油纸绝缘介质进行局部放电测试,记录局部放电起始电压与放电量随相位变化的q-φ谱图,最大放电量与平均放电量随相位变化的Hqmax(φ)与Hqave(φ)谱图。结果表明:绕组表面的沉积物为硫化亚铜;油中腐蚀性硫化物浓度越大,绕组被腐蚀的越严重,绕组的局部放电的起始电压越低;腐蚀导致局部放电特性发生变…

Jiles-Atherton(J-A)模型是变压器剩磁与励磁涌流计算的重要方法,但在使用中存在着参数辨识的难题。文中从参数辨识的公式法、遗传算法、Nelder-Mead(NM)单纯形算法原理及各自特点出发,提出一种综合运用公式法和两种优化算法对实测磁化曲线进行参数辨识的方法。算例分析结果表明,该方法对于经典JA模型参数识别具有较高的精度,在误差影响下体现出良好的鲁棒性,是一种快速、有效的J-A模型参数辨识方法。

控制特性和谐波特性是变压器式可控电抗器(controllable reactor of transformer type,CRT)的2个重要特性。文中首先给出CRT绕组电流计算模型;其次,对顺次单支路工作模式和解耦工作模式这2种典型工作模式的特点进行了分析;最后,结合具体算例,基于绕组电流计算模型,分别在顺次单支路工作模式和解耦工作模式下对CRT的控制特性和谐波特性进行了计算和对比。计算分析结果表明:顺次单支路工作模式下谐波系数总能满足要求,但各控制绕组的额定值设计较困难且绕组材料浪费严重;解耦工作模式下绕组材料利用率大大提高,但却有谐波系数较大而且不可控的缺点。上述结果揭示了CRT的控制特性和谐波特性与工作模式之间的关系,为不同…
