锂 triborate (LiB3O5 ) 被高温度综合固态反应方法,然后稀土元素氧化物被做进 LiB3O5 提高它的 thermoluminescent (TL ) 性质。获得的混合物的鉴定和特征被 X 光检查衍射(XRD ) 决定, Fourier 变换红外线(FTIR ) 分析,微分热分析(DTA ) 和扫描电子显微镜学(SEM ) 。发光曲线用 thermoluminescent (TL ) 被获得读者。结果表明所有稀土元素氧化物不是为锂 triborate 的好使活跃之物,获得的混合物不能被用于 dosimetric 应用。
