NH4HSによる腐食は,高濃度では異常な速さで進行する.特に,ある濃度を越えると急激に腐食が進行する特徴があり,局所的な過冷却なども考慮した,防食面からの機器の解析・設計が望まれる.特に当環境を含む水素化脱硫装置,水素化分解装置等高圧設備では,腐食漏洩により大事故に至る可能性があるため,設計段階での防食面の配慮が必要である.そこで,水素化脱硫装置付帯の廃水ストリッパーでのNH4HSによる腐食事例を基に,シミュレーションを適用した腐食解析を実施し問題を解決するとともに,防食設計の手法を確立したので,その内容を報告する.
