Akiko Kobayashi、Hyernjoo Kim、Yukiyoshi Sasaki 等 9 位作者1987-09-01Chemistry Letters

Abstract Low-temperature structural study of [(CH3)4N][Ni(dmit)2]2 suggested that the rotational freedom of methyl group seems to play an important role in the “metal-semimetal” transition. Superconducting transition was observed at 5 K (7 kbar).

Effects of Oxygen on CVD Diamond Synthesis

Takashi Kawato、Ken‐ichi Kondo1987-09-01Japanese Journal of Applied Physics

In order to investigate the influence of oxygen on the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of diamond, gas mixtures of H 2 –CH 4 and H 2 –CH 4 –O 2 were used to carry out thermal CVD. The effects of the oxygen additive were examined by gas chromatography for the exhaust gas and by a characterization of the deposits. With…

On indirect measurements of saturation magnetostriction in low-magnetostrictive metallic glasses

A. Siemko、H.K. Lachowicz1987-09-01IEEE Transactions on Magnetics

The newly discovered phenomenon of stress-dependent saturation magnetostriction, observed in low-magnetostrictive metallic glasses, is discussed. Its influence on the measurements of saturation magnetostriction is seen when the experiments are carried out by means of indirect methods based on the Villari effect. A pro…

Determination of the Structure of Chlorobutyl and Bromobutyl Rubber by NMR Spectroscopy

Chia Yeh Chu、Kenneth Watson、R. Vukov1987-09-01Rubber Chemistry and Technology

Abstract An analysis of the 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of the chlorobutyl and bromobutyl rubbers was performed. Peaks were assigned based on evidence from broad-band decoupled, off-resonance decoupled, selectively decoupled and J-modulated spectra, the known characterization of butyl rubber and halogenation studies on m…

The phase diagrams of the pseudobinary Nd-(Fe<inf>14</inf>B) and the Fe-Nd-B ternary system

Du‐Cheng Tsai、T. S. Chin、Shu‐Han Hsu 等 4 位作者1987-09-01IEEE Transactions on Magnetics

A pseudobinary phase diagram of the Nd- (Fe14,B) system and liquidus isotherms in the Nd2Fe14B(T1) primary field of the Fe-Nd-B ternary system were determined by DTA, XRD, metallography and EDX techniques. The peritectic region for the appearence of T1phase is in the range of 3 % to 40 % Nd for the pseudobinary system…

A Vibrational Spectroscopic Analysis of the Structure of Natural Rubber

Fei Lu、Shaw Ling Hsu1987-09-01Rubber Chemistry and Technology

Abstract It is not an overstatement to say that natural rubber (NR) is one of the most used polymers. There are numerous studies dealing with the structural aspects of rubber which give rise to its elastic property. However, it should be emphasized that the majority of these studies are generally concerned with rubber…

Energy Transfer in the Luminescent System Na ( Y , Gd ) F 4 : Ce , Tb

H.S. Kiliaan、J. F. A. K. Kotte、G. Blasse1987-09-01Journal of The Electrochemical Society

The luminescent properties of hexagonal have been investigated. For and at room temperature, excitation into the Ce 3+ ion results mainly in Tb 3+ emission. We also observed two different Ce 3+ emissions. This is related to the crystal structure of . It is shown that the excitation energy migrates from the Ce 3+ ion o…

Dependence of power losses on peak magnetization and magnetization frequency in grain-oriented and non-oriented 3% SiFe

G. Bertotti、F. Fiorillo、Giorgio Soardo1987-09-01IEEE Transactions on Magnetics

By using a recently developed theoretical model, which takes into proper account on a statistical basis the contributions to energy dissipation deriving from microscopic magnetization processes, a general loss expression is obtained, which permits one to compute total power losses, just knowing two parameters. These c…

EUTROPHICATION OF MONDSEE (UPPER AUSTRIA) AS INDICATED BY THE DIATOM STRATIGRAPHY OF A SEDIMENT CORE

Rolf Klee、Roland Schmidt1987-09-01Diatom Research

The population dynamics of dominant planktonic diatoms during the eutrophication of Mondsee, Austria, are described by analysis of a 36 cm in situ frozen sediment core from the profundal region using tape peel preparation techniques; the results are compared with data from plankton investigations. The development of M…

A trapping theory of hydrogen in pure iron

Jai-Young Lee、Jong‐Lam Lee1987-09-01Philosophical magazine. A/Philosophical magazine. A. Physics of condensed matter. Structure, defects and mechanical properties

A model of hydrogen trapping and retrapping in hydrogen-charged iron is suggested and support for it provided by the thermal analysis technique. The theory, which can pre-estimate and describe the behaviour of supersaturated hydrogen in interstitial sites of a normal lattice, considers the variation of the equilibrium…
