Effect of Hardened Depth on Fatigue Strength of Carbonitrided Cears.

Akira Yoshida、Kiichi Miyanishi、Yuji OHUE 等 6 位作者1993-01-01TRANSACTIONS OF THE JAPAN SOCIETY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS Series C

To elucidate the effect of hardened depth on the fatigue strength of carbonitrided gears, gears with three kinds of hardened depths were fatigue-tested using a power circulating gear testing machine. In the case of gears with the shallowest and intermediate hardened depths, the failure mode was spalling. In the case o…

INFLUENCE OF Bi-ADDITIONS ON THE MAGNETIC AND MICROSTRUCTURAL PROPERTIES OF (Nd, Dy)-Fe-Al-B MAGNETS

P. Schrey、M. Velicescu1993-01-01International Journal of Modern Physics B

Powder metallurgical additions of Bi enhance the temperature stability of (Nd, Dy)-Fe-B permanent magnets. Bi is not solved in the hardmagnetic RE 2 Fe 14 B phase, thus does not influence the intrinsic magnetic properties, Only the microstructure of the sintered magnets is changed. Addition of a few wt.% of Bi leads t…

Light interaction with GaAs mesfet and its applications— a review (invited paper)

A. Madjar、A. Paollela、P.R. Herczfeld1993-01-01Microwave and Optical Technology Letters

Abstract The GaAs MESFET is a light‐sensitive device. For normal microwave applications this is considered an undesirable property, and device manufacturers attempt to minimize it. In the last decade researchers discovered ways of utilizing this effect. In this article we present briefly the optical detection properti…

Cluster Pulse Criteria for Recognition of Partial Discharge

Yasuyuki Tsutsumi、T. Yonekura、Tsuyoshi Kikuch1993-01-01IEEJ Transactions on Fundamentals and Materials

Statistical calculating programs simulating partial discharge appearance are developed and applied to evaluations of criteria for descrimination of the partial discharges from noises. According to the simulation, clusters of sequential pulses appear at the partial discharge inception voltage, which have never been uti…
