Analysis of X-ray photoelectron spectrum with asymmetric Gaussian-Lorentzian mixed function.

ガウス-ローレンツ複合関数に非対称項を導入し,X線光電子スペクトルの波形を解析した.非線形最小二乗法によりスペクトルのカーブフィッティングを行ったところ,ガウス-ローレンツ関数は高度の適合性を示し,白金でモリブデンの金属成分の非対称なピークや酸化状態による対称性の高いピークのいずれに対してもよく表すことができた.更に,最小二乗法におけるパラメーター間の制約について検討を加えた.

剛直な棒状の高分子鎖が形成するリオトロピック液晶の液晶構造について, 種々の方法により配向させた液晶溶液の屈折率異方性 (複屈折) 測定結果より考察を行った. 高分子としてセルロ. ース誘導体であるヒドロキシプロピルセルロースを試料に選び, 高分子鎖を配向させてから静止状態で安定なコレステリック液晶構造をとらせた後, 系の複屈折を測定した. また, 系を流動配向させ完全な流動配向状態をとったと考えられる系の複屈折値から計算できるHPCの固有の複屈折値も計算した. コレステリック構造を考えた場合, 屈折計のプリズム面に面配向した時の系の複屈折測定結果は流動配向で得ら義たHPC鎖の固有複屈折の値で説明できたことから, 高分子液晶は十分…
