自然海水中で自然生起・進展するすきま腐食の実態を明らかにすることは非常に重要な課題である.今回,SUS304ステンレス鋼の金属/石英ガラスすきま部のすきま腐食挙動の動的観察を自然海水中で764時間行った.試験中,自然電位を連続的に測定し,試験後腐食深さ分布測定をおこなった.その結果,1)SUS304の自然電位は約600mV付近までバイオフィルム生成の影響で貴化し,浸漬後331.5hで電位の卑化が起こり,すきま部の縁下近傍にすきま腐食が自然生起した.2)その後,時間経過とともに徐々にすきま内部に二次元的(面積的)にすきま腐食は進展してゆくものの,深さ方向への進展はなく,すきま腐食発生後,約100h経過した時点で,特定部位が三次元的(…
