The eccentricity issue in the design of plate and shell elements

ポリエチレンテレフタレート (PET), ポリエチレン, シリコーンなどの疎水性高分子にアルゴンプラズマ処理した後, XPSスペクトル測定, 走査型電子顕微鏡 (SEM) 観察のほか接触角測定などにより, 表面性状の分析を行った. プラズマ処理の後, 空気と接触させると効果的に表面酸化が起こり, 親水性の極性基が導入されることがXPS測定によりわかった. しかし, 表面親水化されたPETフィルムは時間とともに再び疎水性表面に変化した. これは, 表面に導入された極性基がしだいにバルクへ移行するためと考えられる. 親化PET表面の疎水化速度は, 放置雰囲気や温度に影響され, 空気中放置の場合, 温度が高いほど大きくなり, 水中とか弱…

機械的エネルギーの有効利用と無機微粉体の表面改質の双方の見地から, メカノケミカル重合反応を利用した微粉体の表面改質法について検討した.メカノケミカル重合反応は, 窒素雰囲気下メタクリル酸メチル溶媒中で石英を粉砕することで行った.用いた粉砕機は振動ボールミルで, ミル容器およびボールは窒化ケイ素製である.実験は, 窒素雰囲気下で石英の濃度を変化させて行い, 石英の比表面積とポリマー転化率の経時変化を調査した.その結果, 重合反応は粉砕性と密接に関係し, ポリマー転化率は石英の生成全表面積におおよそ比例すること, わずかのポリマー量で石英表面は十分に疎水性に表面改質されることなどが明らかになった.本法は, 他の無機物固体についても適…
