为了探讨超声处理对不同形貌Mg2Si相形成机制的影响,本文采用超声辅助原位自生的方法成功制备了以Mg2Si为增强相的镁合金材料。利用XRD、OM、SEM等分析测试手段,研究了超声处理对Mg2Si微观形貌、大小及分布的影响。结果表明:经超声处理后,Mg-9Al-1Si合金中共晶Mg2Si相由粗大汉字状变成短棒状、条状,团聚现象得到改善,分布更加均匀,使其抗拉强度和伸长率显著提高,分别由93 MPa和4.9%提升到172 MPa和12.3%;Mg-9Al-6Si合金中初生Mg2Si相大量减少,由粗大多角状变成小块状或颗粒状,且内部无空洞、棱角趋于圆化,汉字状Mg2Si相大量增加,使其抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到108 MPa和3.2%。这…
