半導体結晶中における不純物元素の原子形態は基礎科学はもちろん応用面からも重要であり, 最近ではSPring8などの高輝度放射光施設を利用した内殻電子によるX線光電子分光(XPS)の精緻な測定が行われるようになってきた。XPSスペクトルから直接原子構造を決定することができないために, 測定結果の解釈には精度の高い理論計算により欠陥モデルとXPS値を対応づける必要があるが, 信頼性のある計算はほとんど行われていない。これはモデル計算における境界条件の評価が不十分なことが原因である。本研究では, この点を考慮した高精度な密度汎関数法を基礎とした第一原理計算によりXPS束縛エネルギーを予測し, 実験データの精密な解析を行っている。 本研究…

Проведены диэлектрические и мессбауэровские исследования сегнетоэлектрических и магнитных фазовых переходов в твердых растворах PbFe0.5-xCrxNb0.5O3, BiFe1-xCrxO3, PbFe0.5-xCrxSb0.5O3. Во всех этих системах замещение железа хромом разрушает как сегнетоэлектрический, так и магнитный дальний порядок.
