Обнаружена возможность переключать проводимость контакта зонда с поверхностью с уменьшением сопротивления на пять и более порядков по величине. В отличие от локального эффекта на пленке, на микрочешуйке создаваемая область повышенной проводимости могла распространяться на всю ее поверхность.

In modern construction is widely used as a solid and hollow ceramic brick. In this paper, it is shown that the difference in thermal resistance of walls from full-bodied and hollow bricks is essential, if no thermal insulation materials are used. When using thermal insulation, the use of hollow bricks is ineffective.
