キシアマイシンが窒素−窒素結合で連結した二量体のダイキシアマイシンを収率良く合成するためには, キシアマイシンをそのカルバゾール環の窒素原子の位置で効率良く連結する二量化反応の開発が必要である。そこで, 置換基を有しないカルバゾール, t-ブチル基, 臭素原子, またはヨウ素原子を置換基に有するカルバゾール類を用いて, 効率的に窒素―窒素結合を形成する酸化反応を検討した。酸化剤として酸化銀, 過マンガン酸カリウム, または過マンガン酸テトラブチルアンモニウム, 溶媒としてアセトン, ピリジン, アセトニトリルを用いて二量化反応を行い, 生成物の収率を求めた。その結果, 過マンガン酸カリウムを酸化剤としてアセトニトリル溶媒で反応した…

結晶に熱をかけることで飛び跳ねる現象をThermosalient効果と呼ぶ。このような性質を持つ結晶はこれまでに30例ほどしか報告がない。本研究では申請者が見出した5, 12-ジヒドロ-5, 12-ジアセチルキノキサリノキノキサリン(QQAc)のThermosalient効果について研究を行った。 C4H9O基を4つ持つ分子を合成し, 結晶の動きを観察したところ180℃付近で結晶が激しくはじけた。C5H11O基, C6H13O基を持つ分子は180℃, 100℃で結晶が湾曲し, 結晶によっては勢いよく飛び跳ねた。C8H17O基, C10H21O基を持つ分子では80℃, 60℃で結晶の形が大きく変化し最終的に結晶性が損なわれた。 X線…
