ビス(ターピリジン)を基本骨格とする有機モジュールと,鉄やコバルトなどの金属イオンの錯形成により,有機モジュールと金属イオンが交互に結合した有機/金属ハイブリッドポリマーを合成した.得られたポリマーは,金属イオンからターピリジン部位への電荷移動に基づく発色が生じた.これらポリマーのサイクリックボルタンメトリー測定では,金属イオンの酸化還元に従って,可逆なレドックス波が観測された.興味深いことに,このハイブリッドポリマーのキャストフィルムに,金属のレドックス電位より高い電位を印加すると,フィルムの発色が消失することを見いだした(エレクトロクロミック特性).金属種や有機モジュールを変えることで,多様な色を表現できることを見いだした.ま…
