以NiCrAlY为金属黏结层材料、以Al2O3和ZrO2为陶瓷层材料,采用等离子喷涂技术在304不锈钢表面制备了3种热障涂层,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分别对涂层的微观形貌和晶相进行了表征,并研究了涂层的抗高温氧化性能和抗热震性能。结果表明:NiCrAlY/Al2O3/ZrO2复合结构热障涂层表面无孔洞和裂纹等缺陷,高温氧化后该涂层主要包括Mg2Zr5O12和(Fe,Mg)(Cr,Fe)2O4两种晶相;由于Al2O3的阻氧作用,NiCrAlY/Al2O3/ZrO2涂层具有最佳的抗高温氧化性能;NiCrAlY/ZrO2涂层层间材料的热膨胀系数呈梯度变化,表现出最佳的抗热震性能。

In the present investigation, we determine the second Hankel determinant H2 (2) for a class of close-to-convex functions for which −z 2 f ‘(z)/g (z) g (−z) ≾ p φ(z) where φ(z) is an analytic function with the positive real part satisfying φ(0)= 1 and φ ‘(z)> 0, f is analytic and g is starlike of order 1/2.
