半永久染毛料による染色と退色に関して,透明型ケラチンフィルムを使用して調べた。市販されている4種の製品を使用したところ,3製品においてケラチンフィルムの明確な着色がみられた。着色と退色は分光光度計によるスペクトル(300~800nm)分析と分光測色計による色差変化により測定ができた。着色は染色回数と染色時間に依存しており,濃い着色を得るには染色時間よりも,染色の回数を増やすことが重要であった。異なる2種類の染毛料で連続して染色したケラチンフィルムは,個々の染色で得られたスペクトルを加算した平均的なスペクトルが得られた。過酸化水素を含有している酸化染毛剤の処理により形成されるダメージ分子のシステイン酸は,染色回数を重ねても半永久染毛…
