ハイパーサーミアは,外部から熱をかけることで癌細胞や腫瘍組織の温度を上昇させ,それら細胞・組織を消失・制御する方法である.しかしながら,その温度に関する知見は,細胞外環境中の温度に基づくものであり,細胞内の温度に関する知見は非常に少なかった.近年,複数の新たな蛍光性温度計の開発により,細胞内温度を高い空間分解能で測定することが可能になり,細胞活動を熱力学的観点から議論できるようになってきた.本総説では,細胞内温度測定技術の中でも,蛍光性温度計に焦点を絞り,その中でも蛍光性高分子温度計(FPT)に関して最近の知見を詳しくまとめた.FPTは,1細胞レベルで0.1°Cオーダーの高い精度をもって温度を測定できる特徴を持ち,核の温度が高いな…
