粘着テープのピール強度におよぼす剥離角度の影響について,糸曳き現象の観察から検討した。架橋剤濃度を変化させたアクリル架橋系粘着剤のピール試験を,剥離角度30~180°の範囲で行った。架橋剤濃度に依存して糸曳き形状は変化したが,いずれも120~150°付近で剥離の進行速度が最も速くなった。つまり,この角度付近でピール強度が低くなることが示された。特定の架橋剤濃度の粘着剤について幅広い歪速度の範囲で引張試験を行って応力-歪カーブを測定し,IgorProソフトによる解析から幅広い歪と歪速度に対する応力の等高線図を作成した。この図と糸曳き長さの測定結果から,糸曳きのフィブリル中に発生する応力を算出した。剥離の最先端のフィブリルに発生する応…
