Effect of Sulfate addition on Stress Corrosion Cracking Initiation of Sensitized Type 304 Stainless Steels in High Temperature Water

加速試験法検討の一環としてBWR一次冷却水系での応力腐食割れ発生挙動に及ぼす硫酸塩の影響を調べるために,288℃の硫酸ナトリウム水溶液中で鋭敏化304ステンレス鋼試験片のすきま付き曲げ試験(CBB試験)を行った.30~500 ppbのSO42−添加は,深さ1 μm以上の全き裂発生数,および深さ50 μm以上の進展性き裂発生数の両者を増加させた.SO42−濃度100 ppb以下では,他の多くの観測例と同様,応力腐食き裂発生の空間分布がPoisson分布に適合したが,300 ppb以上では不適合であった.き裂発生の累積確率の新たな推定方法としてPoisson分布近似法が提示され,その有効性が確認された.Poisson確率過程モデルに基…
