The role of the background dielectric susceptibility in uniaxial ferroelectrics
It is shown, that in uniaxial ferroelectrics the angular dependence of the static susceptibility for the order parameter fluctuation is very sensitive to the value and the anisotropy of the background dielectric susceptibility.
