用固相反应法合成Bi2Ca2-xSrxCo2Oy热电材料粉体,通过冷压烧结制备块体试样,采用DX-2500型X线衍射仪分析材料的物相,利用LFA-457、ZEM-3测量材料从室温到973 K的热电性能,研究掺Sr对样品物相组成与热电性能的影响。结果表明,掺Sr后Seebeck系数没有显著变化,但降低了材料的热导率和电阻率,从而提高了材料的功率因子和热电优值ZT值,改善了材料的热电性能。
