Enhancement of Anti-hydrolysis of Poly(butylene terephthalate) with Reduced Carboxyl End Group by Solid State Polymerization

용융중합에 의해 상업적으로 생산된 중점도급의 poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT)를 이용하여 고상중합을 실시하였다. 고상중합에 따른 PBT의 분자량이 증가할수록 카르복실 말단기는 감소하였으며, 121℃, 상대습도 100%조건(PCT)에서 시간에 따른 카르복실 말단기의 변화 및 물성의 변화를 관찰하였다. PCT 시간에 따라 카르복실 말단기는 증가하였는데, 초기 카르복실 말단기가 적을수록 증가 기울기는 낮은 거동을 보였다. PCT 시간에 따른 인장강도, 충격강도, 및 굴곡강도는 일정 시간이 지나면 급격하게 감소하였는데, 초기 카르복실 말단기가 적…

피롤 단량체는 균일하고 접착력 있는 폴리피롤 고분자로 알루미늄 합금 전극 위에 성공적으로 전착되었다. 다양한 농도의 질산으로 산성화된 전해질 용액 안에서 전하보상 상대이온이면서 메트릭스의 역할을 하는 폴리스티렌설포네이트 고분자를 첨가하면 첨가량에 따라 폴리피롤 고분자의 표면 모폴로지와 전기적 특성이 변화됨을 보고한다. 일정한 전하 밀도(1 mAcmSUP-2/SUP)에서 수행된 전압-시간 중합 곡선은 폴리피롤이 초기 핵 생성 단계에서 2차원적인 성장으로 전이하는 전압 거동을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서는 Nb₂OSUB5/SUB/SiO₂ 두개의 버퍼층위에 기판온도 (상온∼400℃) 에 따른 ITO 박막을 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링 법으로 증착하여 전기적 및 광학적 특성을 조사하였다. 기판온도가 상승함에 따라 그레인 크기 증가에 기인한 결정성 향상 때문에 비저항이 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었다. 기판온도 400℃ 에서 증착한 ITO 박막이 3.03×10SUP-4/SUP Ω·cm 의 비저항과 86.6 Ω/sq. 의 면저항으로 가장 우수한 값을 나타내었다. 광학적 특성을 측정한 결과, 기판온도가 상승함에 따라 가시광 영역 (400∼800nm) 에서의 평균 투과도는…
