以纳米蒙脱土(MMT)为原料,Zr(SO4)2 为改性剂,采用浸渍法制备Zr-MMT 用于处理低浓度含Cr(Ⅲ)废水,并研究了Zr-MMT 纳米材料的吸附机理.采用X 射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对Zr-MMT纳米材料进行表征.结果表明,吸附后的Zr-MMT 表面有Cr(Ⅲ)存在;Zr-MMT 对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附方式主要有离子交换、静电吸附和表面吸附,并且该吸附过程可以用二级动力学方程和Langmuir方程进行很好的拟合.解决了鞣制废物资源化利用中Zr(OH)4 和ZrO2 在强酸强碱性条件下不稳定的问题,制得了一种稳定性好的纳米吸附材料.

Fe-Cr-Al合金在高温下具有突出的耐高温、抗氧化、耐腐蚀性能,且力学性能优异,是洁净煤高温气体净化的理想材料.探讨了预氧化对Fe-Cr-Al多孔材料抗硫化腐蚀性能的影响.预氧化处理使材料表面生成了连续、致密的Al2O3 阻挡层,有效地阻止了硫分子和金属离子的扩散,极大地提高了Fe-Cr-Al多孔材料的抗硫化腐蚀性能.
