少量の酸化グラフェン(GO)をポリビニルアルコール(PVA)へ導入したコンポジット繊維をゲル紡糸・二次延伸によって作製し,GO添加が引張物性に及ぼす影響を調べた.導入したGOはPVA中で高分散し,繊維軸方向に配向していると推定された.2 GPa以上の強度ならびに40~50 GPa程度の弾性率を有する高性能PVA繊維マトリックスに対して0.5 wt%のGOを添加することで,強度および破断伸度は低下し,ヤング率は3~5 GPa程度増加した.この引張物性の変化は,PVA/GO間の界面接着力とPVAマトリックスからGOへ伝達されるせん断応力の力関係によるものと推定した.すなわち引張応力が低い領域では界面接着力がせん断応力を上回りGOが繊維…

通过壳聚糖在块体Si O2大孔材料孔壁上的吸附,制备二氧化硅/壳聚糖大孔复合材料(Si O2/CS),经戊二醛交联后用于固定诺维信工业漆酶。优化漆酶固定化的实验条件并对比了游离漆酶和固定化漆酶的酶学性质。实验结果表明:在p H值为4.5、漆酶初始浓度为40 mg·m L^-1的条件下,固定化4 h效果最佳,固定化酶酶活回收率为85.5%;相对于游离漆酶,固定化漆酶的p H稳定性和热稳定性均得到明显提高,且具有良好的操作稳定性。应用固定化漆酶去除2,4-二氯苯酚(2,4-DCP),研究了降解时间、p H、温度和2,4-DCP初始浓度对其去除率的影响。在优化条件下,固定化漆酶对2,4-DCP(20 mg·L^-1)的去除率为83.2%…

为进一步探究Ca^2+和Mg^2+对弱凝胶调驱效果的作用机理,针对渤海某油藏地质特征和流体性质,以黏度、黏弹性、阻力系数、残余阻力系数以及采收率为评价指标,从增黏性、抗剪切性、耐温性、黏弹性、渗流特性和调驱效果等方面着手,开展了Ca^2+和Mg^2+对弱凝胶性能及其调驱效果影响研究。结果表明,与注入水相比,软化水虽然矿化度较高,但其几乎不含Ca^2+、Mg^2+二价阳离子,利用其所配制Cr^3+聚合物凝胶溶液中的聚合物分子链受阳离子影响较小,聚合物分子聚集体尺寸较大,其增黏性、抗剪切性、耐温性、黏弹性、渗流特性和调驱效果均强于注入水配制Cr^3+聚合物凝胶。对海上油田注入用水进行软化处理,即除去水中Ca^2+和Mg^2+,有利于改…

采用近平衡凝固实验,以Cu为基体原料,制备了Cu含量为90wt%,Ni/Al原子比分别为1∶3、1∶2、1∶1、2∶1和3∶1的Cu-Ni-Al合金。用光学显微镜(OM)观察不同成分的合金显微组织;利用布氏硬度仪测量了合金的硬度,并用扫描电镜得到了合金的摩擦磨损表面形貌。实验结果表明Cu-Ni-Al合金的硬度随着Ni/Al原子比的增多而逐渐增大;摩擦形貌也由粘着磨损为主转变为颗粒磨损为主。
