采用不同的固溶温度对挤压态Mg-13Al-6Zn-4Cu(质量分数,%)合金进行热处理,然后在(150℃/10 h)条件下进行时效处理,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析、维氏硬度与极化曲线测试,研究固溶温度对挤压态合金显微组织、硬度与腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:固溶处理促进晶界处的β-Mg(17)Al(12)相充分溶入α-Mg基体中。提高固溶温度使基体晶粒再结晶长大,逐渐缩小T-MgAlCuZn相心部的Cu元素富集区,改变β析出相的形态和分布,促进层片状β相在α-Mg晶界析出,从而提高时效态合金的硬度。但固溶温度超过420℃时,合金晶粒粗化并发生过烧。固溶温度升高导致合金腐蚀电位负移,腐蚀电流增大,腐蚀速率加快。

采用高能球磨与热压烧结相结合的方法制备了5wt%n-SiC/7075铝基复合材料,研究了5wt%n-SiC对7075铝合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明高能球磨后,5wt%n-SiC/7075铝基复合粉体较7075合金粉体明显细化。当转速350r/min,球料比20:1,球磨时间20h时,n-SiC均匀分布到7075合金颗粒中。由于n-SiC的均匀分布对7075铝合金产生细晶强化与弥散强化的作用,使得热压烧结温度为620℃,加压100MPa,保温保压1h制备的5wt%n-SiC/7075铝基复合材料的致密度、硬度及抗压强度均优于相同工艺制备的7075铝合金,尤其抗压强度较7075铝合金提高约58.4%。

采用水溶液聚合法,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为单体合成了三元共聚物。以共聚物的降失水能力为指标设计正交试验,结果表明,聚合反应的最佳合成条件为:反应温度50℃,引发剂用量1.0%,体系pH值11。通过红外光谱、核磁氢谱和热重分析对其结构和热性能进行了表征,证明了目标产物为AMPs/DMAM/MAA共聚物,该共聚物的分解温度为310℃。对水泥浆的性能研究则表明聚合物具有良好的降失水能力,在淡水中,当聚合物加量超过3%(BWOC)时可在90℃下将水泥浆失水量控制在100mL以内,且水泥石强度发展快,对水泥石力学性能无不良影响。

以5V高电压LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4为正极材料,高安全性Li4Ti5O12为负极材料制备了LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4/Li4Ti5O12全电池,重点研究了正负极容量配比对电池电化学性能的影响。其中正极容量过量40%的电池具有最好的倍率和循环性能,在0.5C电流下.P/N=1.4的电池的最高放电比容量为164.1mAh·g^-1,循环200次的容量僚持率为88%:在2C电流下,P/N=1.4的电池的最高放电比容量为1352mAhg^-1,循环740次的容量保持率为91.1%。P/N=1.4的电池良好的倍率和循环性能与其内阻较小、电池极化较小等因素有关。

实际应用中的薄膜或多或少存在体折射率不均匀缺陷,其准确表征对于镀膜工艺参数调校、低损耗薄膜设计与制备分析等具有影响。从Schr-der近似出发,推导了体折射率弱不均匀薄膜的膜系特征矩阵,通过特征矩阵法推广,建立了体折射率弱不均匀多层膜光谱特性计算的近似模型。利用基于有效介质理论的多层均匀膜近似方法,讨论了上述近似模型的有效性、计算精度和时间消耗特性。结果表明,上述模型矩阵计算中引入体折射不均匀度这一参数,为多层膜体折射率不均匀缺陷反演提供了一种有效的手段,为基于宽带光谱测量数据拟合的膜层缺陷数值反演应用奠定了基础。

利用脉冲激光沉积法在0.7%Nb∶SrTiO3衬底上制备了Co∶ZnO薄膜,并构建了Pt/Co∶ZnO/Nb∶SrTiO3异质结器件。该器件表现出典型的双极性阻变效应,在正、负向电压作用下,器件电阻可以在低阻态和高阻态之间变换,电阻变换比值可达到104,阻态具有一定的保持性与耐久性,同时Co∶ZnO薄膜的饱和磁化强度会产生与阻变相关联的可逆调控。结合ZnO薄膜阻变与磁性调控结果发现,氧空位在Co∶ZnO/Nb∶SrTiO3异质结的阻变及磁性调控中具有重要作用,并采用氧空位产生与湮灭结合载流子注入-束缚/解束缚模型解释阻变与磁性调控。
