为充分了解2205双相不锈钢在CO2-H2S·Cl--H2O环境下的耐蚀性能,尤其是其抗点蚀特性,借助计时电流和动电位循环极化测试等手段研究了其钝化动力学特征以及腐蚀特征参数如Ecorr,Epit、Epp、△E和Jpass的变化,分析了2205双相不锈钢在含CO2和CO2/H2S的NaCl溶液中的点蚀差异,并对其点蚀和钝化机理进行了讨论。结果表明,2205双相不锈钢具有优越的抗CO1腐蚀性能,随Cl-浓度增大,发生点腐蚀敏感性提高;随H2S浓度增大,点蚀电位Epit和保护电位Epp均降低,钝化区域稳定性下降,点蚀敏感性进一步提高。

通过水热法合成出NaY(WO4)2∶Sm^3+上转换荧光粉。该荧光粉性质通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射、激发光谱以及发射光谱来表征。探讨了Sm^3+浓度及退火温度对NaY(WO4)2∶Sm^3+晶体结构、形貌和发光性能的影响。在Sm^3+浓度为1.2%,800℃退火条件下合成的样品具有最佳发光性能。利用816nm光激发NaY(WO4)2∶Sm^3+,观察到了563nm处绿光,606nm处橙光以及647nm处的红光发射峰。它们分别来自于Sm^3+的^4 G(5/2)→^6 H(5/2)、^4 G(5/2)→^6 H(7/2)、^ G(5/2)→^6 H(9/2)能级跃迁。

采用溶胶-凝胶法在锰酸锂(LiMn2O4)正极材料表面包覆一层[Li,La]TiO3(LLTO),通过XRD、SEM、EDS等对LLTO包覆LiMn2O4材料的晶体结构、形貌及组成元素进行表征分析,并对其电化学性能进行了研究。结果表明:改性后的尖晶石LiMn2O4无杂相出现,循环性能稳定;在1C电流倍率条件下循环200次后,1.5%LLTO包覆的LiMn2O4材料在所有改性样品中循环性能最佳,其比容量为106.1mAh/g,高于空白LiMn2O4的92.7mAh/g,容量保持率高达90.8%,高于空白LiMn2O4的74.1%。

采用溶胶–凝胶法在玻璃基底上制备镉掺杂氧化锌(Zn1–xCdxO)薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、紫外–可见分光光度计研究了镉掺杂量、预处理温度对薄膜结构及其光学性能的影响。结果表明:当预处理温度为150℃,且x〈0.3时,Zn1–xCdxO薄膜为六角纤锌矿结构;当x≥0.3时,Zn1–xCdxO薄膜出现立方岩盐矿结构。制备的薄膜表面的晶粒分布均匀且致密,平均晶粒尺寸随掺杂量的增加先减小后增大。Zn1–xCdxO薄膜在可见光范围内透过率均高于80%;随着镉掺杂量增大,薄膜的吸收边红移,其禁带宽度逐渐由3.3 e V(x=0)减小至2.2 e V(x=1.0)。

利用磁控溅射方法改变衬底温度,制备了一系列NiO:Cu/ZnO异质pn结。实验结果表明,当衬底温度从室温升高到300℃时,NiO:Cu/ZnO异质pn结的整流特性明显得到改善;与此同时,NiO:Cu/ZnO异质pn结的光学透过率也从40%增大到80%。这可能是由于NiO:Cu薄膜结晶质量改善,薄膜内缺陷减少所致。继续增加衬底温度至400℃,异质结的整流特性有所削弱,这可能是由于生长在异质结下层的NiO:Cu薄膜影响了其上ZnO薄膜的生长,进而影响到异质结的整流特性。这一结论,得到X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和紫外(UV)谱测试结果的支持。

定量研究了大挤压比(81:1)条件下Mg-6xZn-xY合金的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着Zn、Y含量的增加,准晶相含量逐渐增加,α-Mg基体平均晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,Mg-6Zn-1Y合金中的α-Mg平均晶粒尺寸最小为2.9μm,且尺寸分布最均匀,其标准差也达到最小,为0.77μm。随着Zn、Y含量的增加,Mg-Zn-Y合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐增大,延伸率逐渐降低。相比于α-Mg基体晶粒细化,细小准晶相含量的增加对提高Mg-6xZn-xY合金强度的作用更明显。
