利用黏土矿物X射线衍射峰(XRD)拟合与分解的方法, 结合透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线能谱(EDX)分析, 发现在洛川黑木沟剖面黄土-古土壤序列(S<SUB>0</SUB>-L<SUB>10</SUB>)的黏土矿物中存在两种不同类型的伊利石, 一种是结晶度差、衍射峰宽且钝的伊利石, 其在&lt;2µm的黏土矿物中的最高含量为55%; 另一种为结晶度好、衍射峰窄且锐的伊利石, 这两种伊利石的含量在剖面上呈明显的互补变化关系. X射线能谱分析表明, 与结晶度好的伊利石相比, 结晶度差的伊利石较富含K<SUP>+</SUP>, Si<SUP>4+</SUP>, 贫Al<SUP>3+</SUP>.
