Co-60線質での電離箱線量計の水吸収線量による校正では，一次標準および二次標準の段階では厚さ1mmのアクリル製防浸鞘が用いられる。一方，防水タイプの電離箱を使用するユーザーの大半は防浸鞘を使わず，電離箱を直接水に入れて計測を行っている。本研究では，防浸鞘の有無が電離箱出力に及ぼす影響の評価を計測と計算の両面で進めているが，計算に用いるEGS5のプログラム中の光子の偏光の取り扱いに不具合のあることが判り，ここでは修正されたコードを用いて，防浸鞘の影響を再評価した。修正されたプログラム（EGS5, version1.05)を用いた結果では，ICRU37の阻止能を使うとCo-60線質でのアクリルの水透過性をよく再現しており，測定結果が…
