用浸渍法制备了皂土负载Dawson型磷钨酸铝(30%AlH3P2W18O62·nH2O/皂土)催化剂;通过FTIR,XRD,SEM,EDS等方法对催化剂结构进行了表征;考察了催化剂催化环己醇脱水合成环己烯的性能。FTIR和EDS表征结果显示,负载前后AlH3P2W18O62·nH2O均保持Dawson结构;XRD和SEM表征结果显示,30%AlH3P2W18O62·nH2O/皂土保持了皂土的层状结构,AlH3P2W18O62·nH2O呈球形,均匀负载在皂土上。通过正交实验考察反应温度、催化剂用量及反应时间对脱水反应的影响。实验结果表明,在w(催化剂)=4.1%(基于环己醇质量)、反应温度180℃、反应时间35min的优化工艺条件下…
