以纳米h-BN和Si C粉为原料、B2O3为烧结助剂,利用放电等离子烧结(SPS)制备h-BN-Si C复相陶瓷,研究了烧结压力(20~50 MPa)对h-BN-Si C复相陶瓷结构与力学性能的影响。结果表明:在不同烧结压力下,h-BN-Si C复相陶瓷中h-BN晶粒的c轴倾向于平行压力方向,增大烧结压力能够提高复相陶瓷的致密化和力学性能,但较大的烧结压力(>40 MPa)降低了c轴倾向于平行压力方向的取向度和断裂韧性。在40 MPa烧结压力时获得了较佳的综合性能,复相陶瓷的相对密度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别达到98%、289.2 MPa和3.45 MPa·m1/2,比同条件制备的纯h-BN陶瓷的抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别提高了约138…

用真空电磁感应炉制备了一种以Al、Mg、Zn、Cu、Ti等5种元素作为主元素,摩尔比为35:18:35:6:6的高熵合金。结果显示,合金以一种HCP相和一种FCC1相为主,另外出现了少量的FCC2相。Mg元素和Ti元素不会共存于同一相中,且Al元素和少量的Zn元素在晶间偏聚,形成离异共晶。经过压缩力学性能测试,制备的Al7Mg3.6Cu1.2Zn7Ti1.2合金虽然脆性较大,但抗压强度较高,可以达到572.89 MPa。

以2-噻吩乙醛酸(HL)为第一配体,红菲绕啉(Bath)为第二配体合成了一种新型Eu(Ⅲ)三元配合物.采用等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP)、元素分析、FT-IR和1 H NMR表征了配合物的组成及结构.通过热重(TG)和发光光谱研究了配合物的热稳定性与发光性能.结果表明,该配合物分子式为EuL3Bath·2H2O,具有良好的热稳定性.在最佳激发波长(270nm)的紫外光照射下,该配合物能发出Eu(Ⅲ)离子很强的特征红光,其中电偶极跃迁(5 D0→7F2,613nm)发射最强;此外,该配合物还表现出相对较长的衰减寿命(τ=1.17ms).
采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了掺杂Tb3+的复合材料Sr2YF7-3SiO2,通过IR、XRD、激发和发射光谱研究了材料的结构和发光性能.结构测试表明,在高于730℃时Sr2YF7-3SiO2∶Tb3+三方晶体结构开始转变为硅酸盐,800℃退火处理后,材料以多种晶型结构存在;发光性能研究表明,基质Sr2YF7与SiO2的最佳配比为1∶3;最佳退火温度为800℃;样品在544nm监测波长下,最佳激发波长为378nm,Tb3+的最佳掺杂摩尔浓度为9.00%(mol).
以草酸为沉淀剂,采用悬浮共沉淀法制备CO2加氢一步合成二甲醚(DME)的双功能催化剂——Cu O-Zn O-Zr O2/HZSM-5.重点考察Zr O2对复合催化剂Cu O-Zn O-Zr O2/HZSM-5结构性能的影响,并采用XRD、BET、H2-TPR及XPS对催化剂进行表征.活性评价结果显示:Zr O2的存在,使得复合催化剂Cu O-Zn O-Zr O2/HZSM-5的催化性能明显提高;当Zr O2添加量占Cu O-Zn OZr O2质量的2%时,催化剂活性最高,CO2单程转化率为28.9%,DME的选择性、收率分别为55.1%和15.9%.表征结果表明:Zr O2对催化剂的比表面积、还原性能以及Cu O和Zn O的晶粒尺…

改善固体氧化物燃料电池金属连接体用AISI430不锈钢的抗氧化性能尤为重要。采用酸性镀液脉冲电镀的方法,在AISI430不锈钢表面制备出微纳米结构的Co—Ni合金镀层,研究了脉冲电镀工艺及镀层的生长机制。用XRD对微纳米结构镀层的物相进行分析,用SEM观察了不同电镀工艺条件下镀层的形貌。结果表明:在Co—Ni合金共沉积形成过程中,Co^2+,Ni^2+在阴极发生异常共沉积,形成了Co/Ni异质形核;随着晶体的长大,部分晶体优先快速长大,形成较大的晶粒,大小晶粒混合布满整个表面,主要通过阶梯方式生长形成了Co-Ni合金。
