采用高温固相还原反应合成了新型单相荧光粉Ca9Na Zn(PO4)7∶Ce^3+,Mn^2+,并对Ce、Mn单、双掺荧光粉的发光性能和能量传递进行分析。在303 nm紫外光激发下,Ce^3+,Mn^2+双掺体系发射光谱中位于374 nm和650 nm两处的宽带发射峰分别来自于Ce^3+的5d→4f和Mn^2+的4T1(4G)→6A1(6S)能级跃迁。在该体系中,发现Ce^3+和Mn^2+之间存在有效能量传递,使得Mn^2+的红光发射强度明显增强,能量传递的临界距离Rc=13.85A^°(1A^°=0.1 nm),并被证实属于偶极子-四极子共振能量传递。最终,从CIE色度坐标可以看出,通过对共掺离子浓度相对大小的调节可实现从蓝紫光到…

研究了Mg-5Gd-3Y-0.5Zr铸造镁合金在不同试验温度和应力条件下的高温蠕变行为.研究结果表明,试验合金在200℃/50 MPa、60 MPa、70 MPa条件下的抗蠕变性能最稳定,100h的总蠕变应变量分别为0.026 7%、0.050 0%和0.056 7%,稳态蠕变速率分别为3.10×10-8s-1、6.48×10-8s-1和9.06×10-8s-1.在250℃和300℃条件下的蠕变应变量和蠕变速率与200℃相比要高一到三个数量级.根据应力指数n值与蠕变激活能Qc值分析结果,Mg-5Gd-3Y-0.5Zr合金在不同试验温度和应力的条件下,合金的蠕变机制也有所不同.

采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对30%SiCp/Al复合材料进行热模拟试验,其变形温度为623~773K、应变速率为0.01~10s-1。采用加工硬化率法对应力-应变数据进行处理,结合lnθ-e曲线的拐点和(-(lnθ)/e)-e)曲线最小值的判据,研究了该复合材料动态再结晶临界条件。结果表明,30%SiCp/2024Al复合材料的真应力-应变曲线主要以动态再结晶软化机制为特征,峰值应力(σp)随变形温度降低或应变速率升高而增加;该材料的lnθ-e曲线出现拐点,(-(lnθ)/e)-e)曲线出现最小值;临界应变(ec)随变形温度升高与应变速率降低而减小,且临界应变与峰值应变(ep)之间具有相关性,即ec=0.5…

采用动电位极化方法研究Ti-25Nb-10Ta-1Zr-0.2Fe(质量分数%)(TNTZF)合金37℃下在林格溶液中的抗腐蚀性能,并在同样的条件下用Ti-6Al-4V-ELI(低间隙)合金做对比实验。结果表明:TNTZF比Ti-6Al-4V-ELI合金表现出更高的腐蚀电位,更低的腐蚀电流密度,更加稳定的钝化电流密度和更宽的钝化区间,因此具有更加优越的抗腐蚀性能。除此之外,在Ti-6Al-4VELI合金的表面钝化膜上观察到了点蚀现象,但是在TNTZF合金表面没有发现点蚀现象。XPS分析结果表明:TNTZF合金表面钝化膜由TiO_2基体以及Nb_2O_5、NbO_2、Ta_2O_5、ZrO_2、TiO和Ti_2O_3等氧化物共同组成…

本文以硝酸镍[Ni(NO3)2·6H2O],硝酸铁[Fe(NO3)3·9H2O],硝酸钆[Gd(NOa)3·6H2O],氢氧化钠(NaOH)作为原料,采用水热法制备镍铁氧体NiGdxFe2-xO4(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.1)纳米粉体及研究了稀土掺杂对镍铁氧体磁性能的影响.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),X射线能谱(EDS)来确定成分,通过振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试样品的磁性能,通过透射电镜(TEM)表征样品形貌.结果表明:随着掺杂量的增加颗粒的平均尺寸逐渐变小,并且样品的饱和磁化强度和矫顽力也减少.

地下水溶液中Cl^-、SO4^2-和CO3-^2-离子对碳钢腐蚀性能的影响

通过化学浸泡法研究了中国西北某地区地下水模拟溶液中的主要侵蚀性离子Cl^-、SO4^2-、CO3^2-对碳钢Q235的侵蚀作用。结果表明,碳钢的腐蚀速率随溶液中Cl^-浓度增大先上升后下降,缝隙腐蚀深度先减小后增大;SO4^2-对腐蚀有一定的抑制作用,随SO4^2-的加入,降低了均匀腐蚀速率和缝隙腐蚀深度;CO3^2-通过影响p H值改变了腐蚀产物的形貌和成分,生成没有保护性的Fe CO3腐蚀产物膜,容易产生点蚀;随CO3^2-浓度的升高,缝隙腐蚀有增大的趋势。
