Al2(1-x)MgxTi1+xO5固溶体陶瓷在铝熔体中的抗热震性研究

以α-Al2 O3、金红石型TiO2和MgO为初始粉料,采用凝胶注模成形工艺制备了Al2(1-x)MgxTi1+xO5固溶体陶瓷。将陶瓷试样浸泡到750℃的铝熔体中20 min,取出后用自来水冷却,测试热震后试样的残余抗弯强度,并研究了x值变化对固溶体陶瓷抗热震性的影响。结果表明,随x值的增大,陶瓷的抗热震性先快速提高后趋于缓慢。当x=15%时,试样经5次热震后强度保持率为87%,具有优良的抗热震性能。
