利用高压DSC(HP-DSC)研究了Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O体系中生成水化石榴石的反应动力学。采用微分方程法对DSC曲线进行了分析,得到了该反应的动力学参数。结果表明,水化石榴石生成反应的表观活化能为191.17kJ/mol,指前因子为2.767 3s-1,其反应机理为随机成核和随后生长,并符合Mample单行法则。

本文利用顶部籽晶熔融织构的方法成功地生长出掺杂不同含量的a-Fe203粉末的单畴GdBazCus07-δ超导块材,并对掺杂后的GdBa2Cu3O7-δ块材的临界电流密度、捕获磁场、微观结构等进行测量和分析.掺杂a-Fe203粉末的摩尔比z分别为x=0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8mol%(x为a-Fe203粉末相对于GdBa2Cu3O7—δ的摩尔比).我们发现在超导块材中掺杂a-Fe203粉末之后,块材的临界电流密度Jc和捕获磁场强度相对于未掺杂的块材有了明显的提升,这说明a-Fe2O3粉末作为第二相引入的确能够改善超导块材的性能.值得注意的是,a-Fe203掺杂量x=0.1mol%时,不降低临界转变温度(93.5K)的同时临界…

对Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料分别进行110℃、300℃和500℃预处理,然后采用喷涂工艺在其表面制备氧化锆涂层,借助光学显微镜和SEM研究氧化锆涂层对Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的抗氧化性和抗侵蚀性的影响。研究表明:经300℃预处理,采用喷涂工艺喷涂一次,Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的抗氧化性和抗侵蚀性较好。
