采用冷等静压-真空烧结技术制备尺寸为?10 mm×l mm的Er:(Yb1–xLax)2O3陶瓷。通过分析粉体的X射线衍射谱和陶瓷的扫描电子显微镜照片,确定陶瓷制备条件为:在1 750℃烧结20 h和在1 450℃退火20 h。陶瓷样品在可见光波段透过率为50%左右,在近红外波段透过率最高达到82%。测试了陶瓷的吸收光谱、发射光谱和上转换发射光谱,并探讨了上转换发光机制。结果表明:陶瓷在977 nm处有强吸收,发射最强峰在1 545 nm处,上转换发出较强的绿光(542 nm)和蓝光(484 nm)。

应用一种短流程制备技术生产Cu-2.3Fe-0.03P合金带材。合金经过在线热轧淬火以及80%变形量的冷加工后,展示了优良的再结晶抗软化性能。分别利用硬度计及双电桥法测量计算合金的硬度和电导率,利用光学显微镜和透射显微镜观察样品的显微组织。成品Cu-2.3Fe-0.03P合金的主要强化方式为加工硬化,尺寸大约为25 nm的Fe粒子起到稳定冷轧组织的作用。大变形量冷轧会使得合金电导率下降,特别是预时效的样品其电导率下降更多,其主要原因为冷轧过程中小于5 nm的微细粒子容易重新回溶到基体中。实验获得了电导率为66%IACS和硬度为HV 134的Cu-Fe-P合金。

根据高放废液中Sr^2+的萃取分离需求,合成了对叔丁基杯[6]甲酯芳烃(Calix SMO),并利用FT-IR、1H-NMR和MS表征确认了其化学结构。选择CH2Cl2作为Calix SMO的稀释剂,当体系初始HNO3浓度为3 mol·L^-1时,在298 K下,萃取时间120 min,对Sr^2+的萃取率为60%;通过计算,有机相中Calix SMO与Sr^2+包合比为1:2。分别研究对K^+、Sb^3+、Ca^2+、Sm^3+、Sn^4+、Na^+的萃取,表明Calix SMO对Sr^2+有良好的选择性。
分别采用化学共沉淀法和开环聚合法合成了Fe3O4纳米粒子和星状聚合物PEI-b-PLA,然后采用自组装的方法合成了磁性复合微球PEI-b-PLA/Fe3O4。扫描电镜分析表明磁性复微球的粒径约为10nm,粒径大小主要取决于Fe3O4纳米粒子的粒径。热性能分析表明,PEI-b-PLA/Fe3O4复合微球的聚合物含量为6.6%。产物中Fe3O4含量较高。磁性能分析和紫外分析表明,磁性复合微球PEI-b-PLA/Fe3O4和聚合物PEI-b-PLA一样,可以包裹客体分子,同时具有超顺磁性。
