非平衡プラズマによる低濃度VOCの効率的な処理を目的として,BaTiO3, α-Al2O3の2種類の誘電体粒子 (平均粒径1mm) を充填したプラズマ反応器を用いたアセトアルデヒドの分解実験を行った。その結果,BaTiO3充填,印加電圧10kV以上の条件で,アセトアルデヒドの分解率は95%以上に達し,主な生成物としてCOおよびCO2が検出された。アセトアルデヒドの分解は電子あるいはラジカルとの反応により起こり,大部分はCO2へと転化されるが,印加電圧を増加するとCO2の一部はCOに分解した。また,加湿・低印加電圧条件ではアセトアルデヒドの分解は阻害されるが,無機化率およびCO2選択率は増大した。これはH2Oと電子の反応によりアセト…
