本報は,フォスファゼン塩基t-Bu-P4を触媒に用いた置換エポキシドのアニオン開環重合について,重合制御,モノマーの適用性,および特殊構造ポリマー合成の観点からまとめた.t-Bu-P4を触媒にブチレンオキシドの重合を行ったところ,重合は連鎖移動などの副反応なく進行し,分子量分散度の狭いポリブチレンオキシドが得られた.また,動力学的解析などにより本重合系はリビング重合であることが明らかとなった.本重合系の汎用性を確認するために,種々の置換エポキシドの精密重合を試みた.スチレンオキシドを始めとしたさまざまな置換エポキシドで精密重合が可能であった.さらに,複数のヒドロキシ基を有する開始剤の使用により星型ポリマーの精密合成を達成した.本重…

本研究では,メカノケミカル法と通常法である液相法を用いてベンジル化木粉を調製し,FT-IRスペクトル,TG曲線,熱流動性,結晶化度を比較検討した。メカノケミカル法及び液相法により調製したベンジル化木粉の重量増加率(WPG)は,11%~78%であった。FT-IRスペクトル分析の結果,メカノケミカル法と液相法は699cm-1と3450cm-1の相対強度で同様の傾向を示した。TG曲線分析の結果,メカノケミカル法は液相法とは熱分解特性が異なり,また,WPGの増加により熱分解開始温度が低下した。熱流動性分析の結果,メカノケミカル法ではWPGの増加に伴う流出温度の低下が液相法よりも緩やかであった。結晶化度分析の結果,メカノケミカル法と液相法の…

「角層バリア機能」と「角層水分量」が高い状態にあることが美容分野において美しい皮膚の要件とされている。通常これらの皮膚パラメーターは数値データとして機器測定するが,これらの測定方法では点での測定に限られており,可視化して二次元で観察することができない。近年,「角層バリア機能」はフルオレセイン塗布した皮膚を蛍光マイクロスコープで観察することにより,また「角層水分量」は近赤外(NIR)カメラにより可視化することができるようになった。これらの可視化技術により二次元での皮膚計測が可能になり,皮膚状態をより詳細に把握することが可能になった。
