軽量で,電池による駆動が可能なハンドヘルド型蛍光X線分析計(HHXRF)を用い,作業環境空気中の二酸化チタン濃度を迅速に測定する方法を検討した.二酸化チタンのブタノール懸濁液をメンブランフィルターでろ過して調製した模擬試料を測定試料とし,精密測定可能な卓上型蛍光X線分析計(卓上型)とHHXRFの測定結果を比較した.HHXRF測定は,合金種判定用のファンダメンタルパラメータ(FP)計算を行う機種を使用し,フィルター試料をチタンを含まない金属板(補助金属板)の上にのせ,チタンを補助金属板の微量不純物と装置に認識させ測定する方法で測定を試みた.予備検討により,補助金属板として銅を選択した.卓上型とHHXRFの測定結果はほぼ一致した.HH…
