本研究將二氧化矽與金屬有機骨架HKUST-1製備成核殼複合材料,並將其導入至Nafion高分子中,以重鑄法製備具良好分散性之質子交換複合膜且應用於燃料電池,探討奈米複合材料對單電池效能展現之影響。 由結果顯示,利用材料外層包覆的二氧化矽,保護內部HKUST-1在高溫環境下水分的散失,使其單電池效能提升。複合膜之保水率(Water Uptake)可提升40 wt.%~70 wt.%,質子導電度也都優於未添加任何奈米材料之RN膜。單電池測試結果,60 °C、全加濕環境(99.9 %),FC-3之單電池有最佳的功率密度為718 mW cm-2,比RNFC高出約60 %;在80 °C、全加濕環境,FC-3之單電池最佳功率密度為642 mW…
