摘要: 针对二维三轴编织复合材料纤维束路径周期波动问题,给出空间周期三次样条的求解方法,基于周期三次样条曲线段,求解任意一点处单元材料主方向。建立非对称的透镜形纤维束横截面,并考虑纤维束横截面随纤维路径产生的扭曲。基于区域叠合思想,利用直接网格建模而后切割的参数化单胞网格建立方案生成二维三轴编织复合材料更为精细的参数化单胞模型。基于Murakami损伤理论建立正交各向异性损伤本构模型,利用等价位移控制实体单元相应模式下损伤的演变发展,在单胞模型中引入界面单元,考虑界面相损伤对材料损伤演变过程的影响,预测45°编织角二维三轴编织复合材料在轴向和横向拉伸载荷作用下的强度以及细观损伤起始、扩展和最终失效过程。数值预测结果与试验结果吻合较…

摘要: 热棘轮失效是薄壁圆筒的主要失效模式之一,现有ASME锅炉及压力容器规范和EN13445等设计标准主要考虑环向应力,而未考虑轴向应力条件,使得设计结果可能偏于不安全。针对循环热-机械双轴载荷下薄壁圆筒热棘轮设计理论的不足,采用非循环分析方法系统研究双轴应力状态下薄壁圆筒热棘轮极限的解析解,重点考虑轴向压缩应力对循环温度梯度和稳定内压组合载荷下薄壁圆筒热棘轮极限的影响,并提出相应的设计方法,并采用有限元法对理论结果进行验证。结果表明,循环热-机械载荷下轴向压缩应力会显著降低薄壁圆筒的热棘轮极限,且理论解与有限元分析结果吻合良好,这说明此方法可用于循环热-机械双轴载荷及类似工况下薄壁圆筒的热棘轮设计限,具有良好的工程价值。
