J. Dubowik、I. Gościańska、Karol Załęski 等 7 位作者2012-05-01Acta Physica Polonica A

Ferromagnetic resonance has been investigated in Ni2MnSn Heusler alloy lms. The lms were deposited at 673 < T < 723 K on MgO(001) substrates by means of magnetron sputtering. X-ray diraction conrmed that the lms were epitaxial. The lms had magnetic parameters typical of bulk Ni2MnSn with L21 structural order.

Degradation of a CNT-Based Field Emission Cathode due to Ion Sputtering

G. S. Bocharov、Александр В. Елецкий2012-05-01Fullerenes Nanotubes and Carbon Nanostructures

The rate of degradation of carbon nanotubes (CNT) comprising a field emission cathode is calculated. The sputtering of CNT material by incident ions formed through the electron impact ionization of the residual gas molecules is considered as the degradation mechanism. The degradation rate and the relevant lifetime of…

Mechanisms of metal nanoparticle formation

A. Yu. Olenin2012-05-01Nanotechnologies in Russia

A metal nanoparticle core can be formed in two different ways: by sequential and by parallel growth. Sequential growth is achieved by elemental reaction M n + M = M n + 1, whereas parallel growth is achieved by M x + M y = M x + y . If the process of the core growth is random, then the particle size distribution is Ga…
