N80和3Cr油管钢在CO 2 驱油环境中的腐蚀行为

利用高压釜模拟油田现场CO2驱油环境, 对N80和3Cr两种油管钢进行了CO2腐蚀试验, 通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析对比了腐蚀产物膜的腐蚀行为和特征, 并评价了三种缓蚀剂对两种油管钢的缓蚀性能, 计算了腐蚀速率和缓蚀效率, 对比了相应条件下的腐蚀产物膜表面形貌。结果表明,在同一CO2分压条件下, N80和3Cr钢在55 ℃时的腐蚀速率均比在30 ℃时的大, N80钢在30 ℃和55 ℃时的腐蚀速率明显大于3Cr钢, 其抗CO2腐蚀性能满足关系3Cr>N80; N80腐蚀产物主要由FeCO3和少量CaCO3沉积物组成, 3Cr腐蚀产物主要由FeCO3及少量Cr7C3和Cr2C3组成。
