本文介绍了纯氢热还原法分别用不同三价铁源在650℃下煅烧,同时采用自制电解槽电解产生的H2气为还原气氛合成了橄榄石型LiFexMg1-xPO4/C正极材料,采用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD),扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)和电化学手段对目标材料进行了结构表征和性能测试,并对比了两种方法所制备样品的物理性能和电化学性能。结果表明,纯氢气所制备包覆碳样品的离子导电率和电子导电率更低,比容量较高。并通过电化学阻抗谱对比了LiFePO4和LiFexMg1-xPO4/C的电化学过程。

采用真空高频感应熔炼工艺制备了Cu-Ni-Mo合金,研究了Mo含量对合金组织、导热率和熔点的影响。结果表明,随着Mo含量的增加,合金晶粒变得更细小,并且合金中第二相含量先增加后减少。合金的导热率随着Mo含量的增加先升高后降低,Cu20Ni-3Mo合金的导热率最高,为35.875 W/m·k。合金的熔点随着Mo含量的增加而升高,但是变化不大。

以宝钢高炉渣为主料,辅以石英砂、氧化铬、氧化铁、氧化钛等,采用熔融—浇注法制备高炉渣微晶玻璃,利用DTA、XRD及SEM等测试手段对微晶玻璃样品的物相组成及显微结构进行了研究,并分析了晶核剂对微晶玻璃性能的影响。结果表明,微晶玻璃主晶相为硅灰石和透辉石的混合相,样品的各项性能均满足行业标准《JCT 872—2000建筑装饰用微晶玻璃》和《JCT 2097—2011工业用微晶板材》的要求。性能最好的Cr2O3、Fe2O3、TiO2复合晶核剂系样品的体积密度达到2.68 g/cm^3,吸水率〈0.1%,抗折强度达到142 MPa,耐酸、碱腐蚀分别为99.28%及98.41%。

选用高温固相反应法制备多晶样品Nd0.5Ca0.5Mn0.8,Al0.15O3.通过XRD表明样品为单相正交的钙钛矿结构,空间群Pnma.通过物理性质测量系统对样品M—F,M-H性质进行测量,表明低温下样品呈相分离态,磁有序的冻结温度为32K,铁磁团簇的自旋阻塞温度为4K.2K温度下有磁滞现象.

采用钛粉和氟硼酸钾为原材料制备Al-Ti-B合金,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜测试分析手段,研究了反应温度对Al-Ti-B合金组织的影响。结果表明,合金中含有Ti Al3相和Ti B2相,Ti Al3相呈块状,尺寸15μm左右,Ti B2相呈片状,尺寸小于2μm,该合金对工业纯铝具有良好的细化效果。
