采用溶液共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/钠基蒙脱土(Na—MMT)/镁铝铜水滑石(MgAlCu-LDH)三元复合涂膜液,通过流延法制备了PLA/Na-MMT/MgAlCu.LDH5三元复合膜,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射表征了复合膜的插层结构,ft.1用热重分析仪分析了复合膜的热稳定性,并测试了复合膜的力学性能。结果表明,三元复合膜中,PLA对Na—MMT和MgAlCu.LDH均有插层,且插层效果略优于PLA对这两种填料单独插层时的效果;三元复合膜在300℃以下具有更好的热稳定性,且最大热失重速率随着Na—MMT/MgAlCu-LDH用量增加而降低,当Na-MMT与MgAlCu.LDH用量均为4份时,复合膜550℃时的残留率达…

采集了14家仲钨酸铵(APT)生产企业生产过程中产生的钨渣,分别采用HJT 299—2007《固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法硫酸硝酸法》和GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》附录S推荐的方法分析了钨渣中重金属的浓度及浸出浓度,并研究了钨渣的污染特征。结果表明,钨渣中重金属浓度服从正态分布,浓度较高的重金属为Cu、Zn和类金属As,其最大值分别为6 260、25 000和26 900 mgkg,平均值分别为3 510、4 560和5 640 mgkg;浸出浓度较大的是Pb、As和Hg,其最大值分别为33.6、26.2和0.85 mgL,超出GB 5085.3—2007中规定的相应限值的6.72、5.24和8…

通过低温燃烧法合成的方法,研究了不同掺入量配比的助熔剂H3BO3对Sr Al2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+长余辉发光材料性能的影响。结果表明:助溶剂促进了SrAl2O4纯的单相晶体的形成,提高了激活剂Eu^2+、Dy^3+进入晶格的数量,提高了发光材料的发光性能。当H3BO3的掺入量达到0.6%时,余辉时间最长达到640 s,初始亮度也达到1.98(cd·m^-2),发光性能最佳。

用XRD衍射和透射高分辨HTEM方法分析Mg-4Y-3Nd合金在固溶处理525℃×8 h、时效温度250℃、时效时间16 h状态下的显微组织、析出相的点阵结构和基体点阵常数变化。结果表明:经过固溶时效的Mg-4Y-3Nd合金的显微组织由α-Mg固溶体、析出相Mg24Y5、Mg41Nd5和Mg14Nd2Y组成。析出相在晶内和晶界同时析出,晶内析出相形状为块状或短杆状,呈弥散分布,晶界上析出相呈三角形为链状分布,时效析出相Mg14Nd2Y与基体为半共格界面位相关系。随着析出相的生成,基体的点阵常数变大,同一晶面的衍射角(2θ)减小,晶面间距增大。

采用挤出熔融浸渍工艺制备了长度为12mm的长玻璃纤维(LGF)增强聚丙烯(PP)粒料(LGF质量分数30%),然后经注塑制备了PP/LGF复合材料试样。首先对现有注塑机的喷嘴和止逆装置进行了优化,发现优化后LGF在试样中的三维骨架结构保持性更好,试样的力学性能得到大幅提高。针对注塑机结构优化后剪切分散能力减弱的问题,且为提高LGF在PP中的分散性,在挤出过程中使用张紧轮对LGF施加预张力,发现施加适当的预张力提高了LGF在PP中的分散性,进一步提高了试样的力学性能,但提高的幅度较小。在此基础上,研究了注塑时不同螺杆转速对LGF在试样中的长度分布、平均长度、分散性、三维骨架结构和试样力学性能的影响。结果表明,虽然在较低的螺杆转速下,…

利用紫外光谱分析的方法研究了4,6-二正丁氧基-1,3-二-(4-烯丙基-2-甲氧基)苯二磺酸酯对Ca^2+、Pb^2+及部分过渡金属等20种金属离子的识别。结果发现,化合物对Bi^3+显示出较好的选择性,在化合物-Bi^3+的体系中加入Sn^2+或Cu^2+,由于Sn^2+(或Cu^2+)和Bi^3+协同作用的影响,紫外吸收光谱290~300 nm处的吸收峰红移至313~322 nm,并且随Sn^2+(或Cu^2+)浓度的增大峰发生红移,峰强度逐渐增强。
