(La,A)(Zn,Mn)SbO(A=Ca,Sr,Ba)稀磁半导体的制备与研究

通过LaZnSbO在La3+的位置用A=Ca^2+,Sr^2+,Ba^2+进行变价替换引入P型载流子,使用Mn^2+替换Zn^2+引入自旋,可使ZrCuSiAs结构单相(La,A)(Zn,Mn)SbO(A=Ca,Sr,Ba)同时兼具半导体和铁磁性能,居里温度可达到40K。居里温度以下呈现类似玻璃磁性的磁性特征,(La0.95Ca0.05)(Zn0.9Mn0.1)SbO的翻转时间(τ*)和动态临界指数(zγ)分别为:τ*=2.64×10^-7s,zγ=1.91。

安徽明光凹凸棒石黏土对锶、铯、钴的吸附特性研究

采用静态吸附实验方法,研究了吸附时间、溶液p H、吸附剂投加量和溶液初始浓度等因素对凹凸棒石黏土吸附Sr2+、Cs+和Co2+的性能,并通过等温吸附模型拟合对其吸附过程及吸附机理进行了探讨。结果表明:凹凸棒石黏土对Sr2+、Cs+和Co2+的吸附效果依次为Co2+〉Cs+〉Sr2;Freundlich和D-R等温吸附模型能较好地描述凹凸棒石黏土对Sr2+、Cs+和Co2+的吸附过程,其中,凹凸棒石黏土对Sr2+和Cs+的吸附以物理吸附为主,而凹凸棒石对Co2+的吸附过程以化学吸附为主,并且其吸附方式主要为离子交换的方式发生。

在不同的条件下,合成了2个基于刚性配体MBim B的钴配合物,即Co2(MBim B)2Cl4·2H2O·EDA(1)和[Co(MBim B)Cl2]n(2)(MBim B=1,3-二(2-苯并咪唑基)苯,EDA=乙二胺),并解析了其单晶结构。在配合物1中,2个MBim B配体采用顺式构象桥接2个钴原子,形成双核金属杂环结构。在配合物2中,MBim B配体采用反式配位方式,桥接2个邻近的钴原子,形成一维链状结构。磁性研究表明:随温度降低,配合物1和2均先表现为铁磁耦合,继而表现为反铁磁耦合。同配合物2相比,配合物1中Co…Co原子距离更短,且存在更强的π共轭效应,因此,配合物1中存在更为强烈的铁磁耦合及旋轨耦合作用。

热处理对含LPSO结构Mg-Y-Cu-Zr镁合金组织与腐蚀行为的影响

为研究长周期堆垛有序(LPSO)结构对镁合金腐蚀行为的影响,通过重力铸造制备了Mg-6.6Y-2.6Cu-1.2Zr(质量分数%)合金,并分别在420、440和460℃下固溶处理。借助SEM和XRD对合金显微组织和物相进行分析;通过腐蚀浸泡实验研究合金的耐蚀性能。结果表明,铸态Mg-6.6Y-2.6Cu-1.2Zr含有LPSO结构,随着固溶温度的升高,LPSO结构减少,晶粒尺寸增大,当固溶温度为460℃时,LPSO结构消失。不含LPSO结构的Mg-Y-Cu-Zr合金耐蚀性能优于含LPSO结构的该合金,而随着固溶温度的升高,含有LPSO结构的Mg-Y-Cu-Zr合金的耐蚀性能降低。此外,合金表现为严重的局部腐蚀行为。

以[Bmim]BF4及[Bmim]CF3SO3两种离子液体为溶剂,在不同溶液温度、水的体积和静置条件下,重结晶得到了三种不同形貌的2,6-二氨基-3,5-二硝基吡嗪-1-氧化物(LLM-105)晶体,采用扫描电镜,X射线粉末衍射,差示扫描量热-热失重,红外检测及纯度分析对重结晶后晶体的形貌、结构、热性能及纯度进行了表征。结果表明:重结晶得到的矩形实心棒状、有孔、片状三种LLM-105晶体的主要衍射峰位置与原料完全一致,只在2θ为11°、21°和45°附近位置的衍射峰出现明显增强,其他位置的衍射峰强度减弱,晶体具有不同的显露晶面,其晶习发生了改变,且纯度均在94%以上,结构相对完整的矩形实心棒状晶体的最大放热峰及起始分解温度分别为3…

采用共沉淀法制得粒径为10~20 nm的超顺磁性四氧化三铁纳米粒子(superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles,IONP),以树枝状高分子聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)对SIONP包覆修饰得到核壳结构的复合粒子(PAMAMIONP)。通过马尔文粒度仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪、红外光谱仪对材料形貌和结构进行表征,并将含不同类型和浓度的纳米粒子培养液与Hep G2细胞共培养、MTT法来评价粒子细胞毒性。研究结果表明,IONP外部包覆PAMAM之后,粒子在水溶液中的分散性明显增强、毒性显著降低,且氨基封端的复合粒子(PAMAM-IONP)细胞毒性小于酯键封端的复合粒子(MA-PAMAM-IONP)。
