为进一步提高Ni-Cu-P化学镀层的耐蚀性,设计了3种不同温度及保温时间的热处理工艺对镀层进行热处理。通过XRD分析了镀态及热处理态镀层结构的变化,通过2273电化学工作站测试了它们在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的极化曲线和交流阻抗。结果表明:热处理后由于Ni-Cu固溶体及Ni3P相的析出,使得热处理态镀层在腐蚀介质中具有更低的腐蚀电流密度和更高的电荷转移电阻,且300℃保温30 min的热处理工艺处理的镀层耐蚀性最佳。

目的研究三维多孔支架材料聚乳酸/纳米羟基磷灰石(PLLA/n-HA)的体外生物相容性,探讨其作为细胞培养材料和骨组织工程支架的可行性。方法将大鼠成骨细胞接种于PLLA/n—HA复合支架上,体外共同培养后,CCK-8法检测大鼠成骨细胞增殖活性,荧光倒置显微镜、扫描电子显微镜下观察PLLA/n-HA复合支架材料表面和孔隙内细胞粘附情况。结果CCK-8法检测显示实验组复合支架材料上细胞的增殖与空白对照组的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);电镜观察到细胞在复合支架材料表面和孔隙内大量黏附、生长,并且随着共培养时间的增加,材料表面的细胞数量呈几何级增长。结论三维多孔支架材料PLLA/n-HA的生物相容性较好,可望成为一种性能良好的骨组织工程…

目的制备阿齐他赛聚乙二醇单甲醚一聚乳酸双嵌段共聚物(mPEG—PLA)聚合物胶束,考察栽药胶束的理化性质并研究其体外抗肿瘤活性。方法采用薄膜分散法制备阿齐他赛聚乙二醇单甲醚-聚乳酸双嵌段共聚物聚合物胶束,透射电镜观察载药胶柬的形态,激光粒度分析仪测定载药胶束的粒径和Zeta电位,考察栽药胶束的工艺重现性和复溶稳定性,HPL测定胶泉栽药量和包封率,透析法考察载药胶束的体外释放行为,并对释放曲线进行数学模型拟合,增殖抑制实验和周期阻滞实验评价其体外抗MCF-7肿瘤细胞活性。结果本实验成功制备了阿齐他赛聚合物胶束,其外观形态呈球形,粒径为24.50nm,粒径多分散指数为0.117,Zeta电位为-10.06mV.载药量为(16.00±0…
