载阿齐他赛聚乙二醇单甲醚-聚乳酸双嵌段共聚物纳米胶束的制备、表征及体外抗肿瘤活性的研究

目的制备阿齐他赛聚乙二醇单甲醚一聚乳酸双嵌段共聚物(mPEG—PLA)聚合物胶束,考察栽药胶束的理化性质并研究其体外抗肿瘤活性。方法采用薄膜分散法制备阿齐他赛聚乙二醇单甲醚-聚乳酸双嵌段共聚物聚合物胶束,透射电镜观察载药胶柬的形态,激光粒度分析仪测定载药胶束的粒径和Zeta电位,考察栽药胶束的工艺重现性和复溶稳定性,HPL测定胶泉栽药量和包封率,透析法考察载药胶束的体外释放行为,并对释放曲线进行数学模型拟合,增殖抑制实验和周期阻滞实验评价其体外抗MCF-7肿瘤细胞活性。结果本实验成功制备了阿齐他赛聚合物胶束,其外观形态呈球形,粒径为24.50nm,粒径多分散指数为0.117,Zeta电位为-10.06mV.载药量为(16.00±0…

双酚A型2,2-对氨基苯甲酸苯基氧化膦本质阻燃PA66

以自合成的双酚A型2,2-对氨基苯甲酸苯基氧化膦(BNNPO)、己二胺及PA66盐为原料,通过高温高压(280℃,1.7 MPa)聚合制备了本质阻燃PA66树脂。红外分析表明BNNPO盐含有N-P膨胀结构;热分析表明阻燃PA66树脂较纯PA66有更优异的热稳定性;极限氧指数及垂直燃烧法结果显示阻燃PA66具有良好的阻燃性能,当BNNPO含量达4.5wt%时,极限氧指数(Limiting oxygen index,LOI)及垂直燃烧水平(UL94)分别达28%和V-0;锥形量热法及扫描电镜分析发现BNNPO以气相及凝聚相协效阻燃作用于PA66基体材料;力学性能结果显示BNNPO的引入对PA66的力学性能影响较小。

开发出了一系列具有较高转化率和选择性的适用于环己酮缩合反应的固体催化剂,采用浸渍法、焙烧复原法制备S2O8^2-/Su-MgAl水滑石,利用XRD、FT-IR、BET、SEM对所制催化剂进行了表征。有机酸根插层S2O8^2-改性后的镁铝水滑石仍保持原有的层状骨架结构;S2O82改性后,水滑石酸性增强,使水滑石成为具有酸碱双功能的催化剂。以环己酮自缩合反应为探针反应,考察了催化剂的催化性能。当(NH4)2S2O8浸渍液浓度为1.0mol.L^-1,催化剂用量为环己酮质量的5.0%(wt),甲苯为带水剂,140℃下反应6h时,环己酮转化率可达85.7%,二聚物选择性可达89.6%,活性优于Mg-Al水滑石(5.6%)和丁二酸根插层水滑…

观察采用药芯焊丝堆焊方法在Q235钢基体上制备了含Cr含量分别为12%、14%、16%和18%的Fe-Cr-B-C系耐磨合金。对堆焊合金进行600℃热处理,研究了不同Cr含量对焊态和热处理后堆焊合金的显微组织和磨粒耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,堆焊合金硬质相主要为(Fe,Cr)23(B,C)6,焊态基体组织为马氏体和残留奥氏体,热处理后基体组织为回火索氏体;当Cr含量达到14%,硬质相(Fe,Cr)23(B,C)6高温下稳定;Cr含量对堆焊合金热处理后磨损性能有很大影响,含12%Cr堆焊合金的相对耐磨性由焊态的10.65下降到2.08,耐磨性只有焊态的19.5%,而16%Cr的堆焊合金热处理后耐磨性为9.08,具有良好的耐磨性能。

Influence of Substrate Miscut on Properties of GaN-based LED Films Grown on Si(111)

利用金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)方法在具有偏角(0°~0.9°)的Si(111)衬底上生长了Ga N薄膜。采用高分辨X射线衍射(HRXRD)对Si衬底的偏角进行了精确的测量,利用HRXRD、原子力显微镜(AFM)以及光致发光(PL)对外延薄膜的晶体质量、量子阱中In组分、表面形貌及光学特性进行了研究。结果表明,Si(111)衬底偏角对量子阱中的In组分、Ga N外延膜的表面形貌、晶体质量以及光学性能具有重大影响。为了获得高质量的Ga N外延薄膜,衬底偏角必须控制在小于0.5°的范围内。超出该范围,Ga N薄膜的晶体质量、表面形貌及光学性能都明显下降。

热浸镀Zn-AI-Mg-Ni-V合金镀层的组织及耐蚀性

为了提高镀锌层的耐蚀性,在纯锌浴中加入质量分数小于0.5%的Ni,V,A1,Mg元素,制备了热浸zn—A1-Mg—Ni—V合金镀层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析对镀层组织、结构成分进行观察和分析,通过中性盐雾试验和电化学试验将热浸zn—A1-Mg—Ni—V合金镀层与纯锌镀层的耐蚀性进行对比。结果表明:热浸zn-A1-Mg—Ni—V合金镀层的耐蚀性较传统镀锌层的有了很大提高,镀层主体结构没有发生明显变化。

在摸拟轻型柴油车尾气的反应装置上,结合多种物理化学手段研究了富氧条件下Co/ZSM-5催化剂上Co组分分散状态及其C3H8选择性催化还原NOx性能.结果表明,浸渍法制备的Co/ZSM-5催化剂,ZSM-5表面Co的分散容量约为4.5%,当Co担载量高于4.5%时,Co物种开始在分子筛表面聚集形成Co3O4晶体,发生在Co3O4晶体上强的NOx吸附脱附,对富氧条件下C3H8选择性催化还原NOx是不利的.催化剂上孔内的钴物种主要以Co2+离子形式存在,而孔外表面既存在Co3+物种,也存在Co2+物种,Co3+的相对量随Co担载量的增加而增大.在催化剂孔外表面形成的以Co3+和Co2+结合的含有Co-Co键的低聚态Co Ox物种具有较合…

Si-FeOOH/H2O2类芬顿降解盐酸四环素废水的效能及其机理

采用碱沉法制备的Si-FeOOH作为非均相类芬顿催化剂,研究其催化降解盐酸四环素废水的效能,考察了催化剂投量、pH、过氧化氢加入量对盐酸四环素降解效能和反应速率的影响。实验结果表明:在催化剂投加量3.0g·L^-1、H2O2投加量9.9mmol·L^-1、pH为3、室温[(25±1)℃]的条件下,盐酸四环素降解率为90%,一级反应速率常数为0.0504min^-1。与催化剂FeOOH相比,类芬顿催化剂Si-FeOOH性能更卓越。同时采用探针化合物正丁醇、苯醌,证明了Si-FeOOH/H2O2催化体系中的氧化活性种主要为羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧自由基(HO2·),并推测了其催化反应机理。

以3-氨甲基吡啶和2,6-二吡啶甲酸为原料合成了多功能桥联配体2,6-双(N-(3'-吡啶甲基)酰胺基)吡啶(L),配体L和硫酸钴反应得到了一个新的配位聚合物[Co2(L)2(CH3OH)4(SO4)2]n·4n CH3OH(配合物1),通过单晶X射线衍射测试、红外光谱和元素分析对该配合物进行结构表征.结果表明,配合物1具有20-元大环的双核结构亚单元,通过配体L和SO4^2-双桥联成一维双链结构,再通过链间弱的C—H…O氢键作用组装成三维的超分子.此外,对配合物1的磁性和热稳定性进行了研究.

采用高温固相法在900℃、保温3 h的条件下制备了Ca1-xMoO4∶Eu^3+x(0.03≤x≤0.11)和Ca0.93(Mo1-xWx)O4∶Eu^3+0.07(0≤x≤0.4)系列样品,通过XRD、SEM及荧光光谱仪对粉体的晶体结构、形貌及荧光性能进行测试和表征。结果表明,Eu3+和WO42-的掺杂没有改变CaMoO4原有的四方晶系体心结构,但样品粒径分布不太均匀,伴有轻微团聚现象。CaMoO4基质中,存在Eu^3+的浓度猝灭现象,且最优掺杂量的摩尔浓度为7%,样品的激发光谱涵盖200-550 nm的宽带激发。分别在395 nm和466 nm激发下,较之Ca0.93MoO4∶Eu^3+0.07,WO4^2-的掺杂可以提高样品…

超支化聚合物改性EP(环氧树脂)是近年来EP应用的研究热点。以超支化聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)/异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)作为EP的复合固化剂,探讨了PEI/IPDA/EP固化体系的固化行为和固化动力学。研究结果表明:PEI的引入能有效降低IPDA/EP体系的黏度、提高体系的相容性,并且体系的固化活化能从56.12 k J/mol降至52.02 k J/mol。
