Blue Top-emitting Organic Light-emitting Devices Based on Ag/Ge/Ag Anode

通过在Ag层中引入一层Ge薄膜,获得了具有低反射率和高反射相移的Ag/Ge/Ag复合阳极,并制备了基于该阳极的蓝光顶发射有机电致发光器件。阳极高的反射相移使得器件在有机层厚度为100 nm时获得了顶发射蓝光发射,且阳极较低的反射率减弱了器件内的微腔效应,使得其电致发光光谱在不同视角下具有良好的稳定性。当Ge的厚度为20 nm时,器件性能表现最为优良,最高亮度和最大电流效率分别可达3 612 cd/m2和5.4 cd/A,且色坐标在视角从0°变化到60°时仅移动了(0.007,0.006)。

研究了H2稀释比对a-Si:H/nc-Si:H薄膜光电特性及微结构的影响。采用RF-PECVD法,以高纯Si H4及H2/Si H4混合气体为反应气源交替反应制备样品,并通过紫外-可见光分光光度计、椭偏仪及Keithley 4200、XRD对样品进行分析测试。实验表明:在纳米级厚度的a-Si:H薄膜基础上,随着第二反应气H2/Si H4混合气中H2比率(99%、97%、95%、92%、80%)的升高,沉积速率持续下降,薄膜消光系数、禁带宽度以及电导率呈现先增大后减小的趋势。针对实验现象,结合薄膜生长机理对实验结果原因进行了分析。

通过热压烧结方式制备Si3N4陶瓷,采用阿基米德排水法、SEM和四点弯曲法分别对样品的致密度、第二相、微观结构和力学性能进行测试。在添加Mg O-Lu2O3-Re2O3三元添加剂的S3N4陶瓷中,(Sm2O3,Er2O3)易促使Lu2O3在晶界处形成第二相Lu4Si2N2O7。在添加Mg O-Lu2O3-Re2O3(La2O3,Gd2O3,Er2O3)的Si3N4陶瓷中,长柱状晶均匀分布在较小的基体晶粒中,并弱化晶界,样品的四点抗弯强度均在900MPa以上,断裂韧性高于9 MPa·m^1/2。而在添加Mg O-Lu2O3-Sm2O3的Si3N4样品中,由于局部出现晶粒异常长大现象,强度和韧性提高较小。另外,与传统二元Mg O-Re…

通过简单直接的两步电化学沉积法成功制备了核壳结构的ZnO/V2O5纳米管阵列.通过采用XRD,SEM,TEM和XPS等表征手段对这些制备的ZnO/V2O5核壳纳米管结构的物相和微结构进行分析.光电化学测试结果表明:ZnO/V2O5核壳纳米管阵列相比于单一的ZnO纳米棒阵列具有明显增强的光电化学性能,使其有望在光解水领域得到广泛的应用.

PTW反应性增容PB-1/PET共混合金的结晶及力学性能研究

以乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(PTW)作为反应性增容剂,采用熔融共混法制备了全同聚丁烯-1/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/PTW(PB-1/PET/PTW)三元共混合金。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、正交偏光显微镜(POM)、广角X射线衍射仪(XRD)、万能试验机考察了PTW对PB-1/PET共混合金相容性、结晶性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:PTW的加入可改善PB-1与PET之间的相容性,并提高共混合金的拉伸性能;虽然共混合金中PB-1组分的晶体结构未有改变,但其结晶的完善程度略有降低。

利用3-甲氧基水杨醛、叠氮化钠与六水合氯化铁在室温下合成了一个新型单核铁配合物[Fe(hmb)2(N3)(H2O)],对其进行了X射线单晶衍射仪、元素分析测试。该配合物属于三斜晶系,P1空间群。晶胞参数:a=0.856 03(8)nm,b=0.958 54(9)nm,c=1.112 74(9)nm,α=78.957(7)°,β=87.317(7)°,γ=80.061(8)°。中心铁离子以六配位的模式与氧原子、氮原子连接形成八面体的构型,配合物分子首先通过C—H…N氢键连接成一维链状结构,进一步通过π…π共轭和氢键作用构成三维空间结构。

利用双主相合金法制备了Ce取代的廉价(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B磁体,研究了Ce取代对永磁体烧结致密化行为、显微结构与磁性能的影响。结果表明,用Ce部分取代Nd能够促进烧结,降低烧结温度;随着Ce取代量的增加,晶粒开始明显长大,磁体晶粒尺寸变得不均匀,晶间富稀土相也开始团聚,磁体各项磁性能逐步降低,在Ce取代量为总稀土的20%时,材料剩磁为1.05T,内禀矫顽力为651.4k A/m(8.18k Oe),最大磁能积为198.4k J/m3(24.92MGOe),仍具有较好的综合磁性能。

热处理工艺对Ni-Cu-P化学镀层耐蚀性的影响

为进一步提高Ni-Cu-P化学镀层的耐蚀性,设计了3种不同温度及保温时间的热处理工艺对镀层进行热处理。通过XRD分析了镀态及热处理态镀层结构的变化,通过2273电化学工作站测试了它们在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的极化曲线和交流阻抗。结果表明:热处理后由于Ni-Cu固溶体及Ni3P相的析出,使得热处理态镀层在腐蚀介质中具有更低的腐蚀电流密度和更高的电荷转移电阻,且300℃保温30 min的热处理工艺处理的镀层耐蚀性最佳。
